All core units must be serviceable. Below is the criteria for the cores which are not serciceable and hence not eligible for exchange.
- Housing to be free from dents, cracks, and accident damage. Rack to be complete with no missing components or any part dismantled
- Rack ends must not be bent or missing.
- Mounting points must not be cracked or damaged.
- Pinion should be free of damage.
- Hydraulic lines must not be bent, broken, or missing.
- Rack shaft must not be corroded or bent.
- Hose ports should be intact and threads undamaged
